Exercise Caution in Flooding Conditions

The National Weather Service issued a flood watch in Eaton and Ingham counties from this afternoon (June 17) through late tonight. Heavy rain (2-5 inches) is expected, which may result in flooding of creeks, streams, low-lying and flood-prone locations, and poor drainage and urban areas.

We urge all residents to exercise caution and follow all local advisories.

While the Bank Intercounty Drain is under construction, it is still in operation, however with high flow events residents may still experience flooding.
